Expo Zaragoza / Thirst Exhibition

Room

The first room of this exhibtion features a 10m wide projection that invites the visitor to think about the different ways to be thirsty. Is the desert really more thirsty than the city? Can thirst be positive?... Who's thirsty?...

The La Sed (Thirst) Pavilion was designed by architect Enric Ruiz Geli and the exhibition space was designed by industrial designer Martin Azúa. The Thirst pavilion consists of five rooms, with four audiovisual installations and one audio, all contributed by BaseMotion.

Expo 2008 (International Expo), takes as its theme the natural resource most affected by climate change. Water and Sustainable Development kicked off on June 14 in Zaragoza, Spain. Encompassing more than 60 acres along the Ebro River, the expo is true to its theme—all of its facilities are powered by renewable energy sources.
