Description

As Project Manager @ Base Design, you facilitate the relationship between clients and the creative team. You participate in business development effort and are responsible for the planning, the expenses, and the overall organization of the client’s projects.

The Project Manager reports directly to the Operations Director

Responsibilities

  • Act as a link between the client and the creative team for everything related to planning, financial and global organization.
  • Monitor the project success, financial profitability and client satisfaction.
  • Anticipate problematic situations and provide actionable information to the Operations Director and Creative Director.
  • Understand the clients needs and convey them to the creative team in collaboration with the Partners.
  • Participate to the business development effort and generate upsell with its clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements.
  • Help the creative team to coordinate project needs.
  • Track and review expenses related to the client’s projects in collaboration with the Office Manager.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to the management.
  • Advise clients and create a mutual relationship of trust and guidance.

Qualifications

  • Proactive (ability to read the client’s needs upstream, to anticipate and educate the client during the project).
  • Methodical (ability to follow and challenge the method, look for new ways and best practices).
  • Communicator (ability to listen to the client / the creative team and find positive solution for everyone).
  • Inclusive (ability to work closely with the client during the analysis phase and closely with the creative team during the design/development phase).
  • Structured (ability to have a global understanding of a project from the challenges to the creative answer, taking in consideration the means allocated).
  • Organised (ability to juggle with multiple clients/projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail).
  • Bachelor/Master in business administration, public relation communication or relevant fields.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in French and English.
  • German is a strong plus.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, G-Suite, Keynote, etc.
