BaseBRU is looking for a Growth Manager, responsible for our customer growth, acquisition, and activation. The role will involve defining the company’s growth plan, then effectively coordinating and executing this plan, as well as optimizing the revenue funnel.

Responsibilities

  • Define and implement the commercial strategy in line with the business objectives.
  • Identify strategic targets and market niches.
  • Keep up with trends to recognize new expansion opportunities and outline growth methodologies.
  • Defining new tactics and projects that can generate new leads for the business.
  • Generate and coordinate the Business Development initiatives.
  • Share insights and continually seek opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
  • Contribute to the creation of proposals and pitches.
  • Effectively communicate project opportunity details to Base executive team.
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business relationships.
  • Facilitating meetings with Partners/Project Managers and the prospects.
  • Track and report business development metrics.
  • Participate in business development meetings and strategic planning.

Qualifications

  • Senior profile (5+ year of experience).
  • English is a must. French or Dutch is a plus.
  • Ability to travel and work autonomously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in English.
  • Be a people and community-minded person with highly developed social skills.
  • Proactive. Rigorous. Highly organized. Resourceful.
  • Have a good cultural awareness.
  • Capable of working on own initiative.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit.
  • A restless thinker with a desire to challenge business development.
