We are seeking a talented and multidisciplinary Art Director / Designer to work with the Creative Directors and the wider design team to conceptualize, create, and manage the day to day to ensure success of a wide range of projects. From creative 360 marketing campaigns, all the way through to brand identity, digital, and packaging. Responsibilities
Open-minded: Learn and understand the codes of Base’s approach and process to campaign creative, branding, and digital.
Strategically Creative, Creatively Strategic: Interested in helping clients define and solve complex communication problems by understanding the bigger strategic picture and translating brand essence into a relevant and differentiating creative executions.
Brand story, Concept, Create, Activate: Be responsible for ideating ownable and differentiating concepts, experiences, and designs that bring the brand to life and develop complex brand ecosystems throughout various touchpoints.
Collaborative: Seek and work with talented collaborators that will enrich the quality of the work (photographers, filmmakers, writers, creative developers, animators, etc).
Qualifications
3+ years creative experience.
Proven working experience as an Art Director
On set experience on photo/film shoots ideal but not essential.
Collaborative. Proactive. Positive. Rigorous.
Equal parts creative & strategic.
A restless thinker with a desire to challenge, surprise and stretch those around you.
Both highly-skilled & well-rounded (across all channels of art direction, graphic design and identity systems, and in many platforms, from digital to physical).
Culturally engaged and perpetually curious about the world around you.
