We are looking for an experienced digital producer to lead the production of web design and development projects.

Experience managing digital projects, as well as managing client relationships within a digital or design studio is required. Preferred candidates are extremely organized, agile, strategic and empathetic.

We are currently searching for both full-time and freelance candidates. For freelance candidates, we are open to remote work for US-based candidates. For full-time candidates, we are currently working in a hybrid model and would expect candidates to be able to join us in our NYC office at least three days a week.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day aspects of multiple projects, from project discovery to concepting, design, development, and delivery
  • Set the team up for success.
  • Create a positive and sustainable environment for creativity and productivity
  • Work with Digital Director to write technical briefs and scopes of work
  • Prepare budgets and schedules, ensure that projects run on time and within budget
  • Establish metrics throughout projects, manage timelines Manage resourcing with the project management team
  • Actively collaborate with the team in all phases of work
  • Help guarantee that work is delivered at the highest standard
  • Monitor and report on project progress, deliverables and time tracking to clients and team members
  • Manage QA and maintenance for existing and new web projects
  • Partner with senior production team to improve digital production processes

Qualifications

  • 4+ years in project/account management or production within a creative digital company.
  • An understanding of digital projects, from strategy through development.
  • Experience leading project teams with diverse skill sets and varied experiences.
  • Insightful and Effective: able to work across teams to find solutions to daily challenges.
  • Supportive and Empathetic: able to listen to, learn from and inspire team members and clients alike.
  • Intuitive and Proactive: able to bring the right people together at the right moment, always looking two steps ahead and considering the team’s and the client’s needs
  • Gatekeeper of QUALITY, then time and money
