As a native American English speaking Project Manager at Base Design in Geneva, you will facilitate relationships between our American clients and the creative team in Geneva. You will participate in the planning, budgeting, and overall organization of projects.

This position reports directly to the Director of Operations, with whom you will work closely.


Responsibilities:

  • Act as a liaison between the client and the creative team in all matters of project planning, finance, and overall organization.
  • Monitor project success, financial profitability, and client satisfaction.
  • Anticipate problematic situations and provide relevant information to the Operations Manager and Creative Director.
  • Understand the client's needs and translate them to the creative team.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals.
  • Assist the creative team in coordinating project needs.
  • Track and review project expenses in conjunction with the Operations Manager.
  • Ensure delivery based on client needs and goals.
  • Advise clients creating a relationship of mutual trust and advice.
  • Follow-up on billing based on project progress with administration.
  • Oversee time-tracking.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of project management experience.
  • Experience in agency or design studio mandatory.
  • Native American English speaking, and good written and verbal skills in French.
  • Excellent listening, negotiating and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with macOS, Microsoft Office, Google Sheets.

Period: from mid-April 2022

Work rate: 80-100%
