Base is looking for a Senior Digital Strategist with a strong point of view on digital branding, grounded in culture, interaction and emerging technologies.

You’ll join a team with strong design capabilities and bring an additional layer of thinking.
You understand how digital shapes culture today and translate that into forward-looking directions for clients.

This position is based in Brussels, Belgium.

What you’ll do

  • Define forward-looking digital directions

  • Translate brand thinking into coherent digital ecosystems

  • Lead conversations with clients around digital possibilities

  • Anticipate technological and cultural shifts

  • Contribute from early thinking to final articulation

  • Collaborate across disciplines

Who you are

  • You have a strong perspective on technology, AI and digital design

  • You think in systems, not outputs

  • You challenge briefs and reframe problems

  • You’re curious about emerging technologies

  • You communicate clearly and collaborate easily

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in digital, strategy or hybrid roles

  • Experience with digital ecosystems or platforms

  • Strong understanding of interaction and behaviour

  • Comfortable in client-facing situations

  • Fluent in English (French and/or Dutch is a plus)

Bonus

  • Interest in creative coding or prototyping

  • Awareness of AI or emerging tech
