Senior Brand & Content Strategist

We are looking for a senior strategist who shapes brands from the inside out: what they stand for, and how they show up in the world. A strategic and creative thinker with a clear point of view, excellent writing skills and a deep understanding of culture.


The profile

You approach branding as world-building: a point of view made tangible, a culture in motion, a visual universe with its own philosophy and tone.
You move easily between defining what a brand stands for and imagining how that lives through communication, content, and experience.
You’re comfortable with both the abstract and the applied. You bring clarity where things feel messy.
You turn insights into ideas that feel obvious in hindsight, but fresh in the moment.
You’re a strong writer with an editorial sensibility and a deep interest in visual culture.
You can lead a room, challenge a perspective, and carry an idea from instinct to execution.

The responsibilities

You hold the strategic continuity of a project from first conversation to final expression, ensuring that ideas are not only well-defined, but well-activated.

  • Lead brand strategy, positioning, naming, verbal identity and content activation

  • Translate business and cultural insights into clear, inspiring briefs

  • Shape narratives and define how they extend into communication and content

  • Develop communication platforms, editorial directions, and content principles

  • Work closely with designers and creatives to bring ideas to life

  • Ensure consistency between strategy and how the brand behaves across touchpoints

  • Guide clients with clarity and calm authority through strategic and creative decisions

  • Identify opportunities to push projects further

The requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in strategy, brand, or communication

  • Fluent in Dutch and English

  • Strong writer, able to move between strategic clarity and expressive storytelling

  • Able to connect brand thinking to communication and activation

  • Collaborative by nature; used to working with designers, writers, and partners

  • Curious, proactive, and able to identify opportunities beyond the initial brief

  • Based in Belgium
