Project Manager (6 month mission - maternity leave cover)

Base Geneva is looking for a Project Manager—an organized, proactive leader with a keen interest in branding and strong rigor.
You will be the key point of contact between our clients and the creative team, ensuring smooth management and the success of projects.

Strategic Management – Orchestrate and manage project processes with rigor, critical thinking, and clarity.
Collaboration – Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams to ensure creative excellence.
Communication – Transparency and clarity are essential for alignment. Our PMs communicate (and over-communicate) continuously.
Base Ways – Embrace and apply our approach and values in your working methods and interactions.

Responsibilities

Project Management
Lead the planning, organization, and coordination of projects.
Track budgets and timelines while anticipating issues.
Monitoring & Performance
Ensure project profitability and success.
Share progress and key metrics with leadership.
Client Relations
Identify and understand client needs, then translate them for the team.
Advise and build long-term, trusted relationships.
Business Development
Spot upsell opportunities and support business development.
Negotiate and close agreements with clients.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years’ experience in project management.
Experience in a communications agency or design studio is a plus.
Strong command of collaborative work tools.
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
Fluent French and English are required.
