Account Manager
BaseSGN is seeking an experienced, relationship-driven Account Manager to serve as the key connector between clients and cross-functional teams—driving clarity, trust, and alignment from project scoping through final delivery. You’ll manage client relationships, timelines, budgets, and scopes while coordinating across creative, strategy, finance, and operations to ensure meaningful outcomes. This role also contributes to business development by identifying new opportunities within existing accounts. We’re looking for someone who thrives in complexity, builds trust, and turns bold ideas into action.

Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project management by coordinating internal and client teams, managing timelines, budgets, documentation, meetings, contracts, invoicing, and ensuring smooth delivery throughout the project lifecycle.
- Act as the primary client partner, building trusted relationships, communicating Base’s processes with clarity, managing expectations, and maintaining ongoing communication around project progress, timing, deliverables, and finance.
- Identify and develop opportunities to grow existing accounts and generate new business, both through Base’s extended network and by deepening value within current client relationships.
- Collaborate closely with strategy and creative teams to support high-quality project outcomes, contribute relevant insights, and help shape thoughtful, strategic, and innovative scopes of work.
- Ensure alignment between creative vision, project objectives, client expectations, team capacity, and resource planning throughout the project.
- Provide regular updates on project progress, team capacity, and time tracking to the Creative Director and Design Directors.
- Organize and maintain accurate project information in the project management system.
- Facilitate efficient and productive meetings, capturing and assigning clear action points across teams and ensuring follow-through.
- Continue to deepen your understanding of Base’s unique process and contribute to evolving it further by observing, sharing, and experimenting.
- Be a collaborative partner to the creative team, offering insights, local context, translations, and ideas in the spirit of collective excellence and creative generosity.
Requirements
[Essential]
- 5+ years of experience in account management, project management, or client service, preferably within a branding, creative agency.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both Vietnamese and English, with proven ability to build trust and long-term client relationships
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities—able to manage timelines, budgets, and cross-functional collaboration in fast-paced environments
- Confident leading meetings, aligning stakeholders, and moving projects forward with clarity and momentum
- Proficiency in management tools and presentation software (e.g. Google Workspace, Keynote, ...)
- A thoughtful and proactive mindset: organized, resourceful, curious, and collaborative
- Strong understanding of project workflows, budgeting, deadlines, and creative processes
- Culturally engaged and open-minded, with the ability to work across diverse teams and contexts
