On March 6, BaseMEL Partner & Creative Director Daniel Peterson joins AGSA Biennial Curator Ellie Buttrose at First Fridays, as part of the 2026 Adelaide Biennial of Australian Art: Yield Strength.

The conversation explores how pressure shapes material, meaning, and medium, and how that idea informed the identity we created for this 19th edition: a living system under stress, eroding and entangling, never quite settling. A new chapter in our ongoing collaboration with AGSA.
